The 100 Season 3 Finale: Did Lexa Get the Send-off She Deserved?

Lexa (Alycia Debnam-Carey) on 'The 100'

Most fans of The 100 agree that Lexa‘s death in episode seven was shocking and heartbreaking, so many were pleased when she appeared in the season finale to support Clarke in her quest to shut down A.L.I.E.

Lexa (Alycia Debnam-Carey) saved Clarke’s (Eliza Taylor) life, single-handedly fighting off the drone-like residents of the City of Light whom A.L.I.E. (Erica Cerra) had sent to keep Clarke from reaching the kill switch.

The two shared a brief tender moment, even kissing and declaring their love for each other, before Lexa and Clarke separated. Lexa ended her course on the show fighting off more of the people controlled by A.L.I.E., giving Clarke enough time to reach and shut down the sinister AI.

Relive the final moments between Clarke and Lexa below.

We (likely) won’t see Lexa at all in the next season of The 100. But, one thing’s for sure: she will be remembered as fierce and passionate — in war and in love.
